Hey there! Stellar Days is a vegan/non-dairy sherbet treat. Instead of using traditional skim milk, ours is made with premium non-GMO oat milk. Stellar Days is also made with premium all natural organic and/or non-GMO ingredients only. Each handmade single batch takes 48 hours to make, with true artisan techniques.

As a single father, Stella’s was made for my daughter. Whenever I bought or made ice cream in the past, it contained so much fat from the cream and whole milk, which made me hesitate to give it to my daughter. I tried moving to traditional sherbet, since skim milk contains a lot less fat, but sherbet is packed with artificial flavors and colors. Additionally, both ice cream and traditional sherbet contain high levels of sugar. Since I couldn’t find healthy alternatives, I decided to make it myself. As family and friends started to enjoy it too, it’s now available to all!
